B - 2 cups coffee w/ 1 oz cream & sf syrup, egg, sausage cheese muffin
S - Vanilla Pecan Flax muffin
L - Taco salad (hamb meat, luttuce, green onion, sour cream, cheese)
D - Leftover chicken, spinach casserole, small salad, tea

Of course, water water water water water all day!

L-probably Tilapia and a salad or broccoli. Or rotisserie chicken and either broccoli or a salad

D-steaks and a vege

S-probably just coffee w/CO

Woohoo - Day 3 and I feel thinner already

B - 2 eggs, Canadian Bacon, cheese
L - Egg salad (4 eggs - i know, but I was starving! - and now totally satisfied)
D - who knows...hopefully not eggs!
Snacks on hand:
2 string cheese sticks, 2 Babybel cheeses (so rich and delish!)

I get paid tomorrow so I'm low on legal foods at my house, which explains my egg and cheese diet for the day. I really do love the way I'm staying fuller longer!

L ~ Nothing , we will be eating an early dinner
D ~ Hamburger Steak grilled with grilled onions and cheese, summer squash sauteed in garlic butter with a bit of seasoned salt.
Snack - undecided.. maybe instone, maybe Cinnamunch, maybe both....
oh yeah, and water, water water waaaaaaaaaaaaaaater...

L- Ham sandwich on rev rolls with mayo
S- rev roll slathered in butter
D- roast beef and 1 cup of faux mashed potatoes
S- Diet jello made with koolaid and splenda topped with heavy cream

Can you tell I just love the rev rolls? I made two more batches today--one with dill and one with splenda and nutmeg.
