B-3 eggs and 5 sausage links. I was so hungry because I fell asleep last night without dinner.
L-probably Tilapia and a salad or broccoli. Or rotisserie chicken and either broccoli or a salad D-steaks and a vege S-probably just coffee w/CO And lots of ice tea and water! |

Woohoo - Day 3 and I feel thinner already
![]() B - 2 eggs, Canadian Bacon, cheese L - Egg salad (4 eggs - i know, but I was starving! - and now totally satisfied) D - who knows...hopefully not eggs! Snacks on hand: 2 string cheese sticks, 2 Babybel cheeses (so rich and delish!) I get paid tomorrow so I'm low on legal foods at my house, which explains my egg and cheese diet for the day. I really do love the way I'm staying fuller longer! |
