This has been kind of a crazy eating day for me.
Breakfast was: 4 pieces of bacon, two flax muffins, and a small bowl of sf lemon jello. I had a couple of ounces of cheddar cheese mid-morning and a couple handfuls of pork rinds at lunchtime. I just finished an Advantage bar. For supper I am having a chicken breast and a small lettuce and spinach salad with an ounce of cheddar cheese and 2T ranch dressing. I might snack on a few radishes, or a sf snowcone, or both. ![]() |
