NAughty me, I skipped breakfast

3 cups coffee with half and half

lunch: tuna salad with hard boiled egg, mayo veggies all wrapped up in lettuce leaves

coffee with half and half

Dinner: Maybe taco (lettuce, tomatoe, cheese, shredded veggies, salsa) salad

Lots and Lots of water

I am finally in the not hungry mode

Hey, Brittani, it must be pork-loin-in-Oklahoma week...I've seen another Okie or two out there posting pork loin on their menus this week.

Yesterday's food:

B - custard, bacon, coffee w/cream & davinci
L - ham, sauteed yellow squash & onion topped w/Mrs. Dash & colby-jack
S - cheddar cheese
D - pork loin (ate late, so didn't want to overdo it)

This has been kind of a crazy eating day for me.
Breakfast was: 4 pieces of bacon, two flax muffins, and a small bowl of sf lemon jello.
I had a couple of ounces of cheddar cheese mid-morning and a couple handfuls of pork rinds at lunchtime.
I just finished an Advantage bar.
For supper I am having a chicken breast and a small lettuce and spinach salad with an ounce of cheddar cheese and 2T ranch dressing.
I might snack on a few radishes, or a sf snowcone, or both.
