l - burger patty w/sauted onions and mushrooms; steamed broccoli w/butter d - pan fried pork chop; green beans seasoned w/bacon fat and onions Sweet onions are plentiful now and getting cheaper every week. They add a few carbs but a ton of flavor! ![]() |

DAMN, fell off the wagon AGAIN this weekend as you can see by my weight...grrr..must manage these slips better and not let one mistake turn into DAYS of poor eating!!! B- Cottage Cheese L- Salad w. B'fast: 2 eggs scrambled; 2sl bacon; 1sm sausage and coffee Snack: 5 blue cheese stuffed olives Lunch: 2 FUD chicken franks (only 80 cals each, 1g carbs); roasted okra; green tea Dinner: polish sausage; fresh green beans(just steamed then tossed w/soy sauce a little sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds); romaien salad w/light italian dressing Hmm... just noticed how much processed meat I have planned. May change that lunch to tuna or salmon. |

Breakfast was a sausage patty topped with a slice of melted American cheese and a flax bun
Lunch is two pieces of turkey and two slices of American cheese rolled together, two ounces of green bell pepper and 6 radishes. Supper will be a grilled hamburger patty made with ground chuck and a small spinach and lettuce salad with ranch dressing. If I want a snack I will probably have a couple of flax muffins or a slice of cheese, and/or a sf snowcone. |

Yesterday's food....
B - coffee w/cream & vanilla davinci, oven baked chicken breast (chicken dipped in egg/cream, rolled in parmesan/almond flour/spice mixture & baked until crispy. YUM!) L - went out to Golden Corral (we call it the Golden Trough)...steak, chicken, roast beef, green & yellow beans, sauteed mushrooms (once a year for that place is MORE than enough, so that was IT for 2007! Maybe FOREVER!! UGH!) D - cheeseburger on LC foccacia bread (fell apart; ate w/knife & fork!) S - SF ice cream bar (nixing those, too, until the scales do some serious moving again!) |
