When ever I read these threads I think, "Geez I eat ALOT compared to others." So far today I have had

2 lg cups of coffee with CC milk and sf caramel syrup
1 cup Dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt with 1TBSP Flax- (way too many)sliced almonds and strawberries
a few brazil nuts and cashews- (more than I am willing to admit)
2 hard boiled eggs

So far, it is 9:30 AM. I do get up at 5 and have coffee so it is spread out a little but.... I will continue to graze ALL day.

Actually, the only time I really don't eat breakfast is on the weekends (cause I sleep in ) and every once in a while 1 day during the weekday just because I get busy and forget! Usually I have my flax muffin or cheesey egg muffin in the mornings. I'm glad you mentioned that though, because I wonder if that may be why I can't get out of the 150's? I think I'm gonna cut the cream and splenda as well, eat breakfast every morn, and see if that makes a difference. Thank's for pointing that out for me!
