For Breakfast I had a flax roll and two pieces of sausage topped with melted American cheese
I didn't have lunch (ketosis finally kicked in and I wasn't hungry.)
I'm snacking right now on a couple ounces of cheddar cheese and some pork rinds.
Supper will be a chicken breast and small lettuce and spinach salad
After supper I might have a SF snowcone.

Aloha!!

On an airplane to Hawaii for most the day... Easy to be "good" trapped on a plane - it's the tropical breezes that fill my head with thoughts of Mai Tais!!!

B - chile lime almonds - remember, up at 4 to get airporter, boarded the plane at 8:30 then had my almonds.

Brunch - Chicken veggie airplane meal (it had chicken, with some kind of fruit salsa (scraped that off as well as the rice) ate only the green beans of the green bean carrot medley. Didn't eat cookies, breadsticks, salsa, rice.

L - Fried Poke (marinated fish with soy sauce, sesame oil & seaweed) - usually eaten raw - although this time is was slightly pan fried so that it was cooked on the outside. Some crab off my friend's crab salad. Some high carb tropical beverages....

D - ? Remember, we are now on Island Time...
