TGIF!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast--2 coffees with cream and sf choc syrup, 1 hot, 1 iced, 1 scrambled egg with 2 slices of bacon.
Lunch--3 chicken wings, 1/2 cucumber, 1 low-carb yogurt
Dinner--probably salad with some kind of meat...haven't decided yet...maybe parmesan baked fish??

lunch- 2 medium hamburger patties w 1 slice of deli deluxe 2% sharp cheddar w lc ketchup and 1/2 cup green beans w european butter

snack- 2 cups of coffee w 2 ounces of unsw. almond breeze and 2 servings of sf whipped cream

dinner- chicken salad w ranch

snack- 2 light n fit yogurts w flax and 2 servings of lc chocolate chips
