Breakfast---Coffee with stevia, coconut oil and cream
Snack---scrambled egg with 1 slice of bacon
large iced coffee with cream and sf chocolate syrup
Lunch---1 slice ham rolled with 1/2 slice cheese
low carb yogurt
1/2 cucumber
Dinner---chicken wings with broccoli
***120 ounces cran water***

Ok- last night I ate a disgusting amount of SF, LC sweets and I slept like, and feel like hell! Won't be doing that again- and you know what? I really think I was THIRSTY but I ate SWEETS- dummy!

B- coffee w. cream, splenda, sf davinci, Lean Dessert Protein Shake
L- Kraut, 2 hot dogs, Salt N Vinegar Pork Rinds
D- hmmm..maybe LC pasta w. meat sauce or Beef and Broccoli Alfredo Bake (Recipe Room)
