well I for breakfast I had coffee, crepes with creamcheese and cinimman/splenda

For lunch I had a luncheon and they had pasta, roll, strawberry cake, salad, green beans, and cantalope, with sugar tea.

But i was good, ate just the salad, green beans and cantalope, and asked for ice water.

So since I had all my veggies for lunch, guess I'll just fix me some eggs and bacon

WOE: Maintain with <60 carbs average and watching cals
Start Date: March 2003
B - Pumpkin walnut muffin (7 carbs) with half an ounce mixed nuts, green tea, spoonful of cottage cheese

L - Half a tuna cheese sandwich on low carb whole wheat bread, .25 oz mixed nuts

S - The other half of the sandwich, .25 oz more nuts, 2 oz yogurt with 1.5 oz strawberries.

S - 10g PB, 2 hard candies, 1 small biscotti

D - 1.5 pieces fried chicken (1 carb, low carb), 8 oz coleslaw, 1 cornbread muffin (low carb and low fat).

Trying not to eat again but I cannot make any promises.
Already up to 1800 cals and 63 carbs, which is far too many.

Fact, weight control is hard on chronic low sleep.
Even though the muffin is very satisfying, on a day when you wake up at 5:30 in the morning I really ought to be eating eggs and nothing else for breakfast.
