Yesterday's menu:

B - pumpkin custard, bacon, coffee w/cream & vanilla davinci
L - caesar salad, cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken
S - 3 T LindaSue's pimento cheese
D - small taco salad (lettuce, ground beef, Dottie's taco seas, sour cream, cheddar, 2 T taco sauce), strawberries & whipped cream w/splenda

Wow. Isnt it amazing how many veggies & fruits we eat? For me, I eat a LOT more servings doing LC than I do when I live on burgers & fries. Most people don't have a clue that LC isn't just bacon, butter & steak!

For breakfast I had a cup of wheat bran mixed with about 1/4 cup flax meal, a bit of cinnamon and dash (actually, it was too much) Splenda. For lunch I have frozen lemon butter salmon fillets and spinach, but I'm really not hungry after breakfast. I will probably eat 1 salmon fillet because I know I shouldn't skip meals. For dinner I think my dad is making something in the slow cooker containing veggies and steak (he's being carb sensitive for me). I love getting ideas off this post. I tend to get stuck for meal ideas and I am not good and preparing ahead.

Hi all!

B - One soft-poached egg
S - Coffee with cream
L - One whole raw tomato (ate it like an apple ) with leftover ribeye
D - Eating out at an Indian Restaurant - buffet style - will have the Tandori Chicken cut up on top of salad lettuce and topped with yogurt sauce - maybe some of the spinach or whatever vegetables they might have.

(I'll check when I get home to see if what I ate knocked me out of ketosis. If it did, then I'll know that the spinach/vegetable dishes had flour in them...we'll see!)
