B- 3 eggs scrambled w/ sliced smoked turkey breast meat and 1/4 onion. topped w/ shredded cheese

L- Leftover Tbone steak from last nite. Salad w/ lettuce, cukes and Italian dressing.

S-Leftover grilled chicken boobs, salad as above.

Coffee all day long. Diet Rite in between coffees.

Meal 1. 5 scramble eggs, 4 sausage patties and Water

Meal 2 Protein shake, with 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil added.

Meal 3. Chicken salad, with oil and vinegar. Roasted Chicken Breast.

Meal 4. Same as meal 2

Meal 5. Ground sirlion, with mushrooms,and bacon

Meal 6 Same as meal 2 and 4.

Plus 6 grams of fish oil, and multivitamins.
