Low carb donut holes for breakfast
bowl of Dana Carpenters all meat chili topped with sour cream and cheddar cheese. Going out tonight to Bob Evan's and plan on ordering their traditional Chicken Monterey, a side salad (no croûtons) with bacon and cheddar, broccoli. Snack CarolynF slice of SF strawberry pie with land O Lakes SF whipped cream in a can. |

L - half an atkins bar and .66 oz peanuts at school. S - A little pb on a half a wasa cracker. Green tea vanilla soy latte. Another bite of chicken. A couple oz broccoli. Not that hungry today. For dinner I think I'll have a hamburger on a revolution roll with salad. |
