Yesterday's menu:

B - CJ's breakfast pudding, bacon, coffee w/cream & vanilla davinci
L - three-pepper chicken (chicken breast, three-pepper mixture combined in food processor & poured over chicken, topped with monterey jack & baked), asparagus
D - large salad with grape tomatoes, green olives, sunflower seeds, mushrooms, bacon bits, ham and ranch dressing

Too much salt in that dinner, but it was better than chicken fried steak, which was the main course on the menu at church!!!! MAN, I love that stuff, but I managed to walk away.....this time.
