B: cup of coffee with light cream, a bit later an iced coffee with 2 egg yolks, lotsa ice, cold espresso and sweetener S: a tomato with salt L sort of: 2 lincolnshire pork sausages S: probably another iced coffee D: 2 roasted drumsticks with lc ketchup, fried tomato slices S: maybe some creamed coconut |

Lunch ~ Pass snack ~ cube of Sharp cheddar Dinner ~ Grilled Ground Chuck topped with american cheese, and a bit of mayo...... Salad.. Because I am soooo full , I may pass up the Grilled meat and just have a nice tossed salad with lettuce, mandarin oranges, walnuts, tomato, cuke and a side of Ken's Raspbetty dressing so I can just dip my fork... ProudTruckersWife - you have lost over 100 pounds in 6 months! Wow! I'd say this WOE is most definitely working for you. Congratulations! BTW, what is Cheesesteak Lasagna? I took off on a wild search for it, but couldn't find anything?? It sure sounds good. B - Soft Boiled Egg (we're running out of fresh eggs, our chickens can't keep up with us anymore! )L - Thinly sliced Italian Beef smothered in peppers.
