I noticed that these got moved to the menus section of the bb so marieze may be over there...

B - egg salad (previously frozen - if there is not a lot of mayo, it can be done, but the texture changes - although it tastes ok, I'm only eating what I have to to keep me from being hungry) jicama

L - crackslaw - cooked up 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef, added brocolli slaw & sesame oil. I had a tiny taste last night packed away 2 servings for leftovers and left the rest for the family w/rice - dd got a little, ds ate the rest and left none for dh (nice kid, huh?! Teenagers) Oh and this morning, I found that he had eaten one of my "leftovers" Glad he liked it, however... jicama

D - Chicken or DH said he was going to cook up some corned beef
