So far know it's bacon and eggs for breakfast. Probably chicken salad for lunch. I cant think far enough ahead for dinner yet, but I'm looking forward to a good meatloaf I went out last night and bought some cheese sticks, fresh veggies and dip for snacks. I know I will need to venture out today and find some sugar free jello or something for those sugar sneak attacks. This is only day two for me after all and I know from past experience the sugar cravings don't die until a few days are down. Feeling good so far!

B-none cuz I was sleeping!

L-Golden Corral-I had 2 hamburger patties in brown gravy -tasted like pepper steaks. They were really good. 4 broccoli spears, 2 cauliflower spears, about a cup of green beans, 1/2 applewood smoked bacon wrapped chicken breast, very small salad with hb egg, ranch, 3 grape tomatoes, cheese and slivered almonds, and a unsweetened iced tea.

Looks like a lot of food, but it was just right-walked out of there without having to undo my jeans button LOL

D-cheeseburgers, maybe bacon cheeseburgers if I feel like frying some. No veggies, except some tomatoes and some s/f relish on them!

No breakfast today (bad, I know)
Lunch - green beans, yellow squash, and a small salad with chopped ham & eggs. Two glasses unsweet tea with S&L
Dinner - I don't know...

I really want to try one of Fawn's vegetable shakes but I keep putting off going to the store...
