Just some black coffee so far. Getting ready to eat a flax muffin, but my appetite is gone today. I had surgery yesterday, and I still feel really bloated (from all the gas they pump in to do a laproscopic (sp?) procedure). I cooked in advance, so I'd have stuff ready, but now I can't eat!
