WOE: Maintain with <60 carbs average and watching cals
Start Date: March 2003
Let's post yesterday's menu because it's fun to reflect on gorging sessions  (my mom cooked a turkey spread like thanksgiving, yes it was weird since it's easter and it's getting to be that time when people start eating less).

B: some turkey innards and broth stew veggies (a few stalks of celery, carrot, turnips). Innards consumed were a bit of meat from the neck, gizzard, a little liver (a tiny bite, I can't stand liver but I took a bite because it's healthy).
-Half a flax muffin.
-A green tea and chai soy slender latte with a tiny splash heavy cream, a knifesblade of splenda quick pack.

L: snacking on food for dinner, the stew veggies, and the neck meat... a couple nuts, a bite of chocolate, a bite of cookie.

D: Lots of turkey (6 oz?) with low carb gravy, low carb stuffing, sugar free cranberry sauce, green beans with mushrooms, cheesey cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and carrots. A bite of croissant.

D: Half of a chocolate chip finger cake (sensibles sugar free) with sugar free strawberry and sugar free whipped cream (I was far, far too full for a formal large portion of low carb shortcake! )

Estimated carbs/ cals: slightly over 2000 cals (ridiculously high) and 70 carbs .

It was good though
