Happy Easter & Christos Anesti - Greek Easter falls on the same day this year. Easter for us is not a big deal, but my SIL married a Greek last year and we go to their house for Greek Easter. Today is no exception!
B - fried egg over 1/2 hamburger patty L/D - Lamb, lamb & more lamb! In years past, the greek pastries have been my focus (savory and sweet - especially baklava!), but this year I am so looking forward to the lamb that I think that I can pass up the other. They are doing the lamb on a spit - how good does that sound?! I will also have veggies and probably some devilled eggs.

I start KimKins tomorrow after having already lost a lot on run of the mill Low Carbing since October.
My brunch was low carb - Deviled eggs and Ham. With Butterscotch coffee. Yum. Today enjoying Easter and easter candy and bread. Dark chocolate covered toasted coconut eggs and WF Jalapeno Cheddar bread. <evil grin> But before the clock hits midnight, all remaining carbs will be trashed and put outside with the garbage for collection. I get food delivered that is already kimkins-like (it's called good to go diet) and I just have to subtract a few things from the menu to make it easy peasy to follow. Plan to lose the rest of my weight by June 11th. Yay ! Last edited by Sleek : 04-08-2007 at 11:45 AM. Reason: duh menu |

I skipped breakfast except for 2 cups of tea
We went to a buffet at noon. I didnt stick to plan. Along with turkey , ham , a small tossed salad , I had' 1/2 serving of mousse and some potatoes. A spoon of gravy. a peice of yummy pumpkin break. I then had a pc of candy when I got home. I got tired about 2 hrs later. Next 2 days will be inuction type meals to clean the bad stuff from my body. Dinner will be something legal...........probably something with hardboiled eggs. ![]() |
