Morning all!

Sorry, I forgot to post yesterday.

B - 1 poached egg (not very hungry)
S - Mug of Millstone Cinnamon/Ginger Coffee with cream/water (oh, yum!)
L - Jalapeno Cheese - Cucumber slices
D - "Stromboli" Pizza made from a fried low-carb tortilla, spread with small amount of tomato paste, topped with crumbled Italian Sausage, sprinkled with dried pepper flakes, topped with mozzarella cheese and baked in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 350. (oh, double yum!)
S - It's "movie night" at our house, so I'll have a snack tonight of low-carb cheesecake

I won't show a loss tomorrow because of all of the cheese (the milk sugars in cheese tend to stall me), but sometimes, it's worth it!

This is just too good!

Annie

First, Carb Ho, what are basil balls? I love basil!

B - 1 egg omelette w/cheddar (didn't finish it all)
L - egg salad with 2 eggs & about 1T mayo (ok, maybe a little more, but not much!)
D - Going to Round Table Pizza, but pizza totally doesn't appeal to me right now - might not even go for the topping. I think it will be salad bar for me tonight.

L - Tuna Salad, Two Bean Salad

S - Pumpkin Custard

D - Spinach Lasagna, Green Salad, 1/2 Garlic Bread Revolution Roll

And water, water, water!

May I just say a huge thank you to Linda Sue and her wonderful recipes! I have been eating so well - almost too well, and I have to worry about portion control with some of these recipes.

My non-LC-ing fiance gave a giant thumbs up to the Spinach Lasagna tonight. He said that I don't have to make the kind with noodles ever again.
