Missed breakfast
L-eating now, very small salad made of just a bit of romaine and exactly 2 tbs of salad dressing, a small amount of cheese. and some rotisserie chicken. D-probably tilapia baked in the oven with butter and pepper and maybe green beans S-not sure drinking ice tea so far will switch to water when it is gone |

B - sunnyside up egg over 1/2 hamburger patty (in the past I would have eaten a whole patty, but I am trying to watch my portions)
L - hamburger patty with wasabi (I was also supposed to have asparagus & mayo, but I forgot to pull that out of the fridge this morning) S - asparagus w/mayo, maybe the 2nd half of my burger from this morning D - with such a substantial snack, doubt that I will eat much (or even at all) tonight, but will definitely have my fill of soda water, ginger concentrate w/sweetener! |

Im so busy taking care of my sick grandmother/mother, working 60 hours and being driven crazy by men that Im having high protein food delivered for another month.
It's pricy but great because I dont have to think about calories. Breakfast Turkey bacon and spiced eggwhite omelet Coffee with caramel DaVinci and a little heavy cream. Lunch grilled veggies and hi protein turkey wrap More coffee - Iced diet starbucks Dinner Diet Dr Pepper Berries and Cream Grilled Veal with protein Noodles High Protein Peanut butter bar |
