i'm really boring:
chicken salad-- breakfast chicken salad--lunch some kind of fish water water water i cooked a chicken in the crock pot this weekend....i'm hoping some of it will freeze well, and i'm trying the meat/egg fast for a few days. |

Happy Monday, All! Yesterday's food:
B - baked chicken wings, fauxtatoes (leftover from Sat's dinner!) L - smoked turkey, roast beef, 1/4 c. carrots (cooked w/the roast), broccoli salad (had a potluck lunch at church and this was the best I could do! Every other veggie was high carb. Ugh.) D - boneless country style pork ribs, CarbWell bbq sauce, fautatoes, celery w/ranch |

B - 1 egg omelette w/2 deli slices swiss
Nothing in the house so was planning on buying something - not sure what... Maybe In & Out, but have to go by home around lunch so I could do tuna which would be a far better choice and everyone mentioning made me really kind of crave it. Dinner - if I don't get to the grocery store then it will definitely be tuna for dinner tonight. |

B - Two meat balls! LOL Yup! I love them I made them with half sausage and half ground round and fresh basil! YUMMMY Oh and an egg too! Fun playing in meat so squishy and gross!
L - Latte (whole Milk and splenda) and only a few pork rinds Snack - I'll eat two hard boiled eggs Dinner - Chicken (in some form) and a lil bit o broccolli Shouldn't need nuttin after dat! ![]() |

I love reading your guys menus everyday- It really helps to see all the different stuff that is possible to eat on LC.
Today I had b-Protein Shake L-6 chicken wings with Bleu Cheese D- probably the same 6 chicken wings and maybe some salad with a lighter dressing. Not sure. |
