Lunch: Leftover chicken breast cut into chunks, seasoned with onion and garlic powder, chilli powder and cumin sauteed in butter and topped with two oz. cheddar cheese and some radishes Snack: Pork rinds Supper: Hamburger patty topped with 1 carb ketchup and lettuce and spinach salad with ranch dressing. If I want something else, I will eat some SF jello |

Coffee on the way out the door BK breakfast sandwich minus the bun at the airport Peanuts for snack on the plane Pepperoni from a 7-11 on the drive. Buffallo Wild Wings for dinner. |
