BACK ON INDUCTION so........
B ~ green tea with CO and cinnamon, 2 egg whites fried with no oil, sprinkled with Mrs. Dash and 2 oz turkey breast slices
L ~ green tea with CO and cinnamon, tuna salad stuffed deviled eggs (2), 1/2 C parmesan coated fried cucumbers S ~ Perhaps a few slices of chicken breast IF I'm hungry D ~ Hamburger, 1/2C parmesan coated fried cucumbers, 1C mixed baby greens with garlic flavoured vinegar dressing. S ~ S ~ green tea with CO and cinnamon Sounds like a lot of snacks but I TRY not to go more than 3 hours without eating so I eat very small amounts often.... except lunch. I treat lunch as my MAIN meal since eating a heavy breakfast makes me and eating a heavy dinner makes me sooooo sleepy.

s: sf vanilla chai blended w/skim milk L: 1/2 cup grilled chicken, diced w/2 cups lettuce and 2 tbsp lite ranch dressing s: 22 almonds and diet coke D: 1/2 cup sloppy joe and 2 cups green beans s: strawberry smoothie (5 frozen strawberries, bb lite 85 strawberry yogurt and 1/4 cup skim milk) |
