Girls- I fell off the LC wagon HARD yesterday- I'll spare you the UGLY details, but it involved Cadbury Cream Eggs!!
Back on LC today. Rather than beat myself up, I'll consider yesterday a "stumble"- I've been doing so well! I really can't go on "Induction" as I am leaving for Vacation Sun and food will be out of my hands (all-inclusive) but I can still LC it

B- 3 HB eggs, tea w. splenda
L- Ceasar side salad, Triple Stack w. Cheese, no bun,no ketchup (Wendy's) Diet Coke
D- Cheeseburgers on grill, salad.

Thanks

Wish I could edit!

Anyway I wasn't planning on eating lunch since I felt so from my coffee and CO but the kids were hungry. So after fixing them lunch I decided to saute some fresh spinach in some of the leftover bacon grease from breakfast. Added a few pieces of bacon crumbled up and then a bit of shredded cheese after it was cooked an it is soooo yummy!

That was my lunch
Still no idea on dinner and with drinking the coffee with CO I am never hungry for a snack.

It is our Friday night junk food night , kids get to pick what we eat, so I will probably request that I get the stuff to make myself hot wings for dinner + some loaded broccoli!
