Hey, Juli, the trick to accuracy in menus is this--post YESTERDAY's food, not today's! That's what I always do. It's the only way I can actually fill in all the blanks for sure...

L - steamed green beans w/butter, cheese (ate LATE so was more like a mid-afternoon snack!)
D - baked chicken breast, salad w/mushrooms, bacon bits, black olives, ranch

L - roast beef w/two radishes
D - roast beef and broccoli
S - SF jello

breakfast - A little low carb special K (.6 oz) with walnuts and strawberries and soyslender vanilla, few bites of turkey breast for extra protein. Green tea with splenda.

Lunch - I think an egg scramble with 2% cheddar and a half of a flat out italian wrap.

Dinner - Turkey, green beans, carrots, and maybe a serving from one of those birds eye cheesey broccoli packs.

Snacks - Probably lots of peanuts, turkey, or some of that coconut angelfood cake I made.

Dessert (If I didn't pig out on turkey at dinner) - A slice of coconut frosted angelfood cake with strawberries.

YESTERDAY was...

(can't really remember breakfast due to 5 hrs sleep + ambien hangover but I'll try)

According to fitday it was:
B: Cheesecake with cranberry sauce, pecans, a little whipped cream, green tea with splenda.

(Now awake enough to remember things):
L #1: (In the nurses lounge at school) A thinkthin protein bar.

L #2: (At home, exhausted lol) A little bit of leftover dreamfields "hamburger helper" I made for dinner yesterday plus 3 oz chicken and half a chicken wing with low carb bbq sauce.

Dinner: A ridiculous amount of turkey breast (like, a whole turkey wing, plus 6 oz breastmeat, eaten at dinner and then over the course of a few hours)... gravy 2 oz... green beans 4 oz, carrots 3-4 oz, a little cranberry sauce, a tiny bit of low carb stuffing, a taste of potato.

Snacks: 2 sugar free hard candies, 3 or 4 pieces of gum, 2 strawberries, a few bites of coconut frosted angelfood cake.

I.E. I ate like a ridiculous pig. School stress and sleep deprivation will do that.
