I had to up my carbs a bit but I'm still going to keep wheat based junk out of my food plan. Breakfast - strawberries, cream cheese, coffee, 1/2 & 1/2 Lunch - shaved ham, 2 string cheese, shredded cabbage, mayo, water Dinner - steak or chicken, onions, bok choy, salad, a couple of olives |

Today is Day One of my week-long experiment with a very high fat approach.
B'fast = 2 eggs scrambled in CO, 1 ounce shredded cheddar, 1 ounce heavy cream split between the eggs & my coffee, and 3 packs Sweet-n-Low. Lunch = 4 ounces chicken sauteed in CO, topped with a mixture of cream cheese, coconut cream, curry powder, and peanut butter and a side of steamed spinach Dinner = 4 ounce beef patty topped with cheese, sour cream, and diced avacado and red pepper and served on a bed of iceberg just for the crunch. |

I ran out of salad veggies yesterday, and forgot to pick them up! >.<
