Don't know which order but this is what I'll be eating today:
2 c cabbage, 2 c spinach, 1/2 c onion, 1 cup cucumber, 2 med celery stalks, 2 tbsp Adams Natural NSA PB, 1/4 c nuts, 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil and probably around 9-12 oz organic beef. (or more) I've got it down to the wire: 40 g carbs - 15 g fiber = 25 g carbs I think I'll just eat this everyday this week. It's an easy menu. Dyan |

B: Greek yogurt w/strawberries and toasted pecans and 1/3 cup All Bran w/Extra Fiber, sweetened with davinci's rasp syrup L 5 oz turkey kielbasa with 1/2 cup sauerkraut mixed with mustard and 2 low carb/low cal Trader Joe's tortillas D: Either Costco Rotiss chicken or going out and will have a burger & salad(my kitchen remodeling started today, so my kitchen is topsy turvy and will be for the next two weeks!). |

9:30am - Started off with 2 homemade CO walnut chocolates
for appetitie control.11:30am - Had a mug of green tea with 1TBSP CO. 1:00pm - Had my breakfast (Better than McGriddle with egg, bacon, cheese) 3:00pm - Will have another mug of green tea with 1TBSP CO. 5:00pm - taco salad (taco meat, cheese, salsa, sour cream, over spinach) 9:00pm - cheesy chicken breast with cheesy broccoli 11:00pm - jello cream cheese dessert containing 2 TBSP CO |
