Ratatouille!
I made Ratatouille last night with added meatballs, topped with sliced black olives and feta, and its amazing..totally low carb friendly, if you guys get bored like me sometimes try this!

Ratatouille has eggplant, Zuchinni, onion, tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, oregano,basil,rosemary, garlic, and a bay leaf. I also made beef meatballs to have all the protein we needed. Awesome dish and everything in one place! Enjoy!-SusieQ

B-chunk of sausage cooked and crumbled and mixed with 2 scrambled eggs. Ate about half of it.
L-salad with some cucumber slices and smoked sausage D-probably a vege and leftover Tilapia (sp) I have a horrible cold with sore throat and just don't feel like eating, so probably no snack. I did drink a Pepsi Jazz Caramel Cream tho. |

Breakfast, omelet with all kinds of veggies and motzarella cheese and 2 sausages, coffee.
Lunch a tablespoon of peanut butter with a few semi sweet choc. chips & coffee Dinner celery with olive&pimento cream cheese spread, a sirloin steak with onions and mushrooms and cheese, and a lettuce salad..... a thirty minute walk today and lots of water and several vitamins |

kangaroo is really really lean. literally no fat comes out and definately none visible. kinda tastes like beef but a bit stonger. stringier too as it's very lean muscle. i've heard people compare it to venison, but i've never had that. we can buy it in supermarkets here in fillets, roasts and sausages 'kangabangas'. it's the cheapest meat as well. only problem is with the ummm gas afterwards. does seem strange that as a country we eat our national animal !!! |

Yup! Kangaroos are a plague over here. Because of the droughts we've been having you see sooo many as roadkill.
I remember having to be forced to try a buffalo burger when in Canada..thought it was just plain weird! Funny how we adapt isn't it? ps. what a cute little munchkin!!! |
