Day 5 induction and I'm feeling fantastic today!

B- coffee with splenda and 1tsp half and half
Atkins vanilla shake (my first one ever and it was delish)
1 serving of smoked sausage

L- romain lettuce with 1 TBS blue cheese dressing
1 small piece of chicken breast with melted mozzarella cheese on top

D- corned beef and cabbage and left over green beans

S- maybe 1 TBS of cream cheese with a tiny bit of splenda on top IF I'm hungry.
