Where do you get your cajun seasoning?

I have a long way to go. We had a leaving do for someone today at lunch. I will start posting what I eat tomorrow. I try to stay LC at lunch. Threw away all the bread. Only at the ham and quiche but left the crust. I did my best. Then I ate my chicken breast with bacon.

Working on the water. I will do a salad for lunch. I need to get my green food in today.

I did the best that I could. It was hard. They had some really nice sandwiches. I also tried to stay way from the cheese. Too much is not a good thing.

OK...I am doing better today. I think it might have been something I ate yesterday.

Breakfast Egg Mayo with chives and a bit of onion powder
Lunch More Egg Mayo ( I was tired last night and didn't want to cook)
Dinner Chicken, Onions, Lettuce, tomato, cheese and a bit of sour cream. I really looking forward to dinner. HeeHee

Drinking my water like a fish. On the 2nd liter and hoping to get two more in today. Will start walking tomorrow. Finding time to exercise is very hard. The only I have really early morning and it has just been to cold to make want to get out of bed that early.

B: 2 x scrambled eggs, butter and 1oz cheddar, 2 x bits of chicken
S: Pepperami (v. Hot)
L: Big green and red salad, 1 x cup of everything and chicken breast and parmesan cheese Mayo 2 x tblsp (usually have 3 or 4 but cutting down)
S: No macadamias (cutting out the nuts) but may have another Pepperami
T: undecided I'll see what I fancy.

Fridays are always a bit up the air, I plan at the weekend what I'm eating for the week but Friday night seems to come and I don't want what's on the list!!

I started my degree with the OU in 1998 and graduated the year before last, so 8 years (health and social care)

I comfort ate for the few months before the ceremony so bought some new trousers the weekend before but on the day they were too tight and with no time to buy new I had to wear my jeans. They are the largest things that I have ever worn

I've kept my largest bra, largest jeans and a black jumper that I used to wear (that was a bit tight around the middle) that I loved, in fact lived and died in . . . I'll post piccies soon

We love pictures.
I am looking over your daily menu. You are very good at measuring. I think I need to get back into that habit. Do you write everything down? Besides posting it?

I have a little black diary with a week to view, I write everything down . . . BM, whether I've had psyllium or flax, tom, and rough menus, at the end of the day I write in total carbs and calories. I use Fitday too but I was becoming obsessed so I fill in about three days a week just to check my totals.

Did you see my pictures of before and after, if you left click on my name and go into to my public profile and then threads that I started, they are in there . . . don't be frightened

Fitday confuses me...I know I need to give it another go.

I can't find the pictures...give me a link.

Do you all eat ham? Or do you think that is too processed?
