B-atkin shake
L-fajita chicken and beef meat, 1/2 bell pepper, 1/4 cup chopped alvocado, 1/4 cup sour cream. ( I miss my cheese ) D- Salad with dressing........Some kind of meat. S- probably another shake or some home made SF coco TONS of water and green tea! I like this thread, I love seeing what others are eatting! |

I woke up (very late) and grilled a rib-eye first thing
. Not my typical breakfast and way high in fat but it was gooooood. I am a fast oxidizing protein type anyway (metabolically speaking), so I do well with higher fat. The downside is I don't get to eat much if I want to keep my calories in check. |

Food for today....
B: cup of yogurt with 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup All Bran w/Extra Fiber and 3/4 oz toasted pecans. cup of Chai tea with 2 half and half L: 1 jumbo egg omelet with spinach/parm filling, 2 Jimmy Dean sausage patties, Dixie Diner Carb Counter corn muffin top (yum!) D: chicken salad made with acocado, red cabbage, cukes, toasted pecans, mayo with lc tortilla. Anne I like this thread, too. Helps keep me accountable. |

1 cup tea with splenda and 1T coconut oil 1 Better Than McGriddles (pancake, bacon, egg, cheese) Will have... Buffalo chicken salad (a la Blaine) Dinner...not sure yet. Dessert - lemon cream cheese fluff, maybe coconut bark |

Hey all I havent done this one yet but am glad to be joining you now!
Breakfast- 1/2 grapefruit Lunch- salad w 3 ounces of 2% milk shredded cheese, 2 tb. ranch dressing, 2 small slices turkey meatloaf w 2 servings of lc ketchup Snack- 1 cup black currant yogurt Dinner- 1 bowl of chicken veggie soup and 2 mini flax muffins Snack- 1 cup peach yogurt |
