L- Knackwurst w/leftover lc coleslaw....delish!

D- Leftover tri-tip roast with brussel sprouts

OH- my aching head- too many green beers last night!

B- 2 am! Waffle House Cheesesteak omlette w/ bacon, sausage,sliced tomatoes.
L- nothing yet..maybe some leftover Chillidog casserole, not hungry yet.
D-Corned Beef and Cabbage (I was SUPPOSED to have last night, I drank my dinner instead!)

D-Not sure what else, I have been thinking about trying the cauliflower potato type thing.

B- 2 scrambled eggs with a slice of cheese on top, 1 TBS picante sauce on side, Bacon.
L- 2 hot dog franks (2 carbs each) with 1/2 cup saurkraut
S- Coffee with splenda and 1 TBS half and half
D- grilled chicken breast with mozzarella cheese melted on top, 1 cup green beans.
lots of water.

L: Linda Sue's spinach lasagna(leftover from last night)

D: corned beef and cabbage

That lasagna is the BOMB!! I plan on making it often!!
