Breakfast:
One egg, some mushrooms, a cup of spinach and some cheese.

Lunch:
5 oz of SunDried Tomato Tuna and a big baggie of broccoli.

Dinner:
????? Maybe Shrimp? I need to go shopping - I'm out of everything.

3 scrambled with 1T best foods mayo

L- 1.5 cups salad with 3oz southwest chicken, 2 different types of cheese and kens ranch dressing

D- probably 6 hot wings and salad with cheese and ranch

S- cup of coffee with half and half in the afternoon

S- cup of tea with heavy cream and 1T coconut oil in the evening

Broke a mini-stall on induction and down 1 more lb. today so that makes me determined to be extra clean for the weekend so that when my induction is over on Tues I can have a good total . I've lost 11 lbs. so far on induction, so far today:

B= egg beaters fried in coconut oil w/1/2 sl. cheese
bacon
s= diet coke /small handful bbq pork rinds

L= small steak,small salad w/ wishbone spritzer

D= prob. same steak & salad
sf jello

This woe is much easier than I ever thought
