B - planned HB eggs, but had lite yogurt and granola instead; yeah not the best choice, but its really what I wanted. Will save the eggs for later today or Bfast tomorrow.

Breakfast:
1 egg, 1 slice of turkey bacon, 1 thin slice of round steak, a cup of raw spinach and a sprinkle of cheddar - all melted together. Yummy. Lunch: 5 oz of Turkey breast a big baggie of raw broccoli Dinner: Its burger night. Probably with white cheese, mushrooms and onions. |

B-nothing. I was so cold and tired I crawled back into bed with my 3 year old after getting back from taking my kids to school. We lazed around watching tv until 11 !!!!

B - mushrooms, asparagus, green onions sauteed in olive oil and butter w/a little red pepper flakes; added two beaten eggs with a T of half & half and one slice baby swiss; cup of coffee with T half & half and 2 Splenda
28 oz ice water L - NY strip steak, grilled; sauteed asparagus spears with olive oil and seasoning; romaine with crumbled slice of bacon, two grape tomatoes, t fresh blue cheese and T blue cheese dressing 28 oz ice water D - will be broiled Tilapia w/ a veggie of some sort. |

l: 2 pieces of baked chicken with skin. water s: 1 bacon buford from rallys with no bun, katsup, water just now i ate another one of those bunless bacon buford sandwich with out katsup water 44oz diet coke |
