S-Coffee w/ half & half (I usually dont drink coffee but I'm really dragging butt today and feeling slugish) L-1 chicken drum stick, meat off and mixed with baby spinach and salad dressing S-Dill Pickle, cream cheese, and turkey roll up or 2 D-Same as lunch S-Dill pickle roll up if I want. |

So Far...............
So far today I made myself an awesome crepe. I beat three eggs with a mixer till it was frothy, and added 1/4 tsp.almond flavoring and 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 cup splenda. Hot olive oil and a little butter in a hot fry pan for five minutes and topped it with rasberries. With coffee it was awesome....
