Morning..
Breakfast: cheese and ham scrambled in eggs.
Lunch: tuna salad with celery on lettuce.
Dinner: cornbeef and steemed vegis

I have to take both my lunch and dinner to work, so I have to plan my menu ahead of time..

Well I am diabetic and have to eat frequently dh is on low salt and low fat what is there left we can eat dunno.

BF cream cheese muffin
snack cream cheese muffin
lunch cheese stick, (had to pullover in the rain and had just brought it for emergencies so I ate it)
2 eggs, 2 slices bacon , 1 lc toast
dinner: chicken roger but only had 1 tbsp of the brown rice, large salad
snacks: cc muffin, lc yougurt with walnuts and coconut oil
