S - will probably be a handful of almonds
D - planning to make meatloaf, mockafoni and cheese and green beans

Water total for today: 1.5 liters down and another 1 liter or so to go

Hi Marieze!!

L: corned beef and cabbage

D: nothing(still stuffed )

working 7:30p to 7:30a all this week so I'll prolly eat lunch late and eat again in the morning when I get home. Or maybe I'll make flax muffins and bring a couple to work even tho I HATE eating in the middle of the night!

I eat a lot!

OK, I'm a little embarrased to state what I eat: it's a lot!

Breakfast: Atkins shake, 2 scrambled eggs, 2pc bacon

Snack: pepperoni and nuts, Slim Fast low carb snack bar

Lunch: Fajita chicken with colby jack cheese

Snack: string cheese and nuts

Dinner: 2 pan seared chicken breasts

There may be more I forgot about. I'm still on induction. I don't really measure out the cheese or nuts as one should on induction, but it still works for me.

No salad today as ours was looking yucky this A.M. as I was packing lunch. I don't feel I need to eat anything else tonight, I'm satisfied.
