B - 2 eggs with 'shrooms & cheese

L- Chicken breast (4 oz) and a baggie of raw brocc & cauliflower

D- ???meat??? and a tiny salad.

If my calories aren't up to 1200, I'll eat either a chunk of avocado or yogurt. Probably yogurt & flax tonite.

cheese chips & pica de gallo (killer hot, but ohhh, so good)

Chicken Teriyaki stir fry w/veggies

Faux manicotti (make homemade crepes and fill with ricotta, roll up and place in casserole and top with meaty spaghetti sauce and then mozzarella cheese and bake in oven til cheese melts--super good)
and salad
