Breaky:
1/2 cup grits , canadian bacon, slice swiss cheese

raspberry hot tea w/ non dairy creamer & splenda
water with crystal light lemonaide mix

Lunch:
steak, cold green beans, little soy sauce, mandarin orange sections
more tea, water

snack: not sure yet
dinner: salad, veggies, probably baked chicken

From reading other posts, I don't think I am allowed to post it due to copyright BUT it is in Dana Carpenter's 500 LC Recipes- a must have book...you could likely get it used online..this casserole is AWESOME- I ate it for 3 days and want to make MORE!!!!!! Love it!

Actually, I just found out today that it is perfectly legal (according to U.S. copyright law, at least) to post recipes, as long as you write the directions in your own words, because ingredient lists cannot be copyrighted.

Whether the board allows this, I don't know. And whether it is "right" to do it is one of those things that are completely debatable and based on personal opinions, which may vary. But it is legal.

According to this, you can copyright the directions or instructions, but not the ingredient list.

"Copyright protects only the particular manner of an author’s expression in literary, artistic, or musical form. Copyright protection does not extend to names, titles, short phrases, ideas, systems, or methods."

Again, the words used and their specific order can be copyrighted, but there's nothing to stop someone from writing it in their own words.
