l - southwest burger (burger w/ jalapenos, pepperjack cheese, guacamole and a little mustard on a bed of lettuce) w/ some steamed asparagus d - steak w/ steamed cauliflower & butter and a side salad w/ ranch dressing snacks - root beer float, ricotta w/ caramel davinci's, and cucumbers w/ a little ranch dressing |

I was doing so well, then dammit, I got into some sugarfree dove chocolate, will this knock me out of ketosis???
