Just had a cajun chicken salad for dinner: - (20.10 in the evening here, it's dark and howling a gale)
1 x cup of spinach 1 x cup of iceberg lettuce 2 x sun ripened cherry tomatoes 2 x radish 2 x spring onion 1 tablespoon parmesan (roughly grated and added to the top of the salad) 1 x cup of chicken strips fried off in carotino oil and a tablespoon of cajun (all natural spices, no sugar) put over the parmesan. A couple of grinds of lemon pepper 2 x tablespoons of mayo mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, I could eat this everyday . . . lou-bi x
