s: 16 oz sf vanilla chai w/CC fat free milk

L: 1 cup homemade chicken salad and 2 cups steamed broccoli

s: 1/2 cup lf cottage cheese and nectarine

D: 1 cup homemade chili and 10 baby carrots

s: yogurt w/flax (if needed)

B- 2 cups black coffee, Sage sausage patti pressed flat about the size of a hamburger pattie cooked with melted mozerella cheese on top.
Water, water, water
L- Starkist Hickory smoked tuna with egg & mayo on lettuce leaf sandwich , water
S- Probably same thing but with glass of tea with sweetener maybe add some green beans to eat also.

I just grilled up a few boneless chicken breasts for the week, sliced them up and ate one wrapped in a romaine lettuce leaf with some ranch dressing. Yum! I don't know what's for dinner yet.

Later meal-If I'm hungry either a turkey burger (just bought some seasoned Jennie-O turkey burgers..never tried them) OR a cup of yogurt with a small handful of pecans, crushed.

hee hee. It was absolutely boiling here on Sunday (yesterday). I sat outside in the sun for about 20 minutes at 3pm and was dripping in sweat...I really needed to replace those liquids!
