ok I have to ask what is the recipe for pumpkin sausage soup I see you eat it a lot

b- nothing slept late....oh yesssss
l- chicken with mushrooms and cheese
supper- not sure
snack pork skins with splenda cinniomon and coconut oil (whoever, posted that recipe thank you thank you thank you

Pumpkin Sausage Soup

I love this stuff. There are several different recipes and the one I make is as follows:

One pound jimmy dean sausage (in the tube) I get mild
1 to 2 cups minced fresh onion
2 cloves minced garlic
2 cups minced mushrooms
1 cup cream
1 cup water
2 cans chicken broth (I use one swansons and one campbells)
2 15 oz. cans pumpkin
white pepper, kosher salt, curry powder to taste

Brown the sausage (really leaves no fat to be drained) and add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Keep stirring and browning everything. Add everything else stirring and combining after each addition. Simmer for 45 minutes. I then put it in the fridge and wait till the next day when the flavors have melded and then I nuke it! I had 2 servings for brunch today. And it's snowing outside so it's perfect!!!

S- red bell pepper strips and another hb egg

L- small chicken leg, coffee with light cream

S- celery sticks, salsa, some creamed coconut

D- small rump steak, cauliflower with butter

S - Atkins Vanilla Shake
D - Tuna with Canola Oil Mayo on top of Caesar salad
