Starting induction over tomorrow, so I'll allow myself to eat "medium" low carb today

B: Hot flax cereal w/ splenda and cinnamon. Green Tea.

S: Hard boiled egg.

L: Fast food w/ DH. Probably either Popeyes naked chicken or Subway tuna wrap (since Allie got me all hungry for it!) Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi.

S: Hard boiled egg. Green Tea.

D: Grilled Pork Steak. Sauteed onions, mushrooms, green peppers. Salad w/ ranch.

S: A few Mich Ultras.

D- MEXICAN NIGHT- we go out for it every Friday....probally Fajaitas, no tortillas w/ all the fixins! Iced Tea

S- maybe some pork rinds w/ salsa or cheese dip at restaurant.

I just came back today. ( after a most awful fight with carbs).

But I do beleive I will start today at lunch. Why wait until tomorrow, I can do lots of damage in one day.

Lunch prob a burger or tuna salad.

Breakfast: 1-cup of coffee with a little milk, sweet and low 2)sausage egg biscuits from McD's minus the biscuits and a low carb vanilla shake
mid morning: low carb snack
lunch: a hamburger from Burger King no ketchup with lettuse, pickle 2-slices of tomato onion and mayo, and again I throw the bun away.
mid afternoon low carb snack
supper: sirloin steak and broiled shrimp

I think I figured 17 carbs. I have my weigh in Sunday. I made a goal with a buddy of mine to see if we could lose 2-pounds this week. Wish me luck.
