Breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs, coffee w/half and half
Lunch- steak and blue cheese salad w/ceasar dressing Dinner will be roasted chicken, salad, roasted eggplant w/olive oil-and parmsean cheese. I don't know what for a snack...not sure if I'll need one. Vicki |

I made a really good "antipasto" salad at lunch, very spicy (tasty):
romaine cherry tomatoes sliced cucumbers a bit of black AND green chopped olives pepperoni (torn in strips) some leftover chicken for more protein freshly grated parmesan homemade oil and vinegar dressing |
