Wenesday 2/28... what are you eating?
Breakfast
2 eggs scrambled w/ a slice of deli American cheese (2.5) coffee with half n' half and 3 Splenda (4.5) * Lunch 2 steak-ums w/ a slice of deli American cheese and mayo (1) * Snack plain pork rinds (0) * Dinner Bacon-cheeseburger w/ mayo (1) * Snack (if needed) cheese/ HB egg(s) (2) * 11 total carbohydrate grams *each meal/snack w/ a glass or two of water I feel like having very LC day today, I was starving yesterday! |

b- 2 sausage patties w/ cheese, coffee w/ Davinci, splenda, cream
l- Bacon Egg Salad (Atkins New Revolution recipe), dill pickle, diet pepsi d- Chicken broccoli Alfredo YUM, tea w/ splenda S- try for none today, I think dinner will be plenty and the last 2 days I treated myself to chocolate cream cheese at night! |

B - Fiber one cereal with blueberries, walnuts, soy slender, h&h. Blueberry green tea.
S - celery, peanuts. L - Big salad with pepperoni mozzarella peppers light dressing carrots cukes peppers; a half of a sandwich made from fat free deli ham and american cheese and low cal/starch bread toasted so the cheese was all gooey. S - Chocolate chip cookies (made with butter, coconut oil, low carb flours (almond flour, whey protein, oat fiber, carbalose) walnuts, and dark chocolate chunked up), herbal tea with soy slender and h&h. A half a slice of low cal bread with chunky natural peanut butter and a bit of jam. D - Lasagna made from dreamfields with mushrooms and beef. D(essert) - Mock zucchini apple pie with low carb ice cream. (I freeze the pie and then nuke it for 50 seconds, and put it under the broiler to get the crust crispy, so good, just like real pie). 1650 cal, 60ish carbs. |
