Snowing like crazy here in Lake Oswego, Oregon! Son home sick today!

B- Bacon, flax-o-meal cereal (wish I had pumpkin sausage soup)!

L- Maybe I'll make some pumpkin sausage soup

D- Grilled lamb chops w/brussel sprouts

B - yogurt and almonds, black coffee

mid-morning, before the gym - deli roast beef, string cheese

As soon as I get back from the gym - cherry yogurt with almonds

dinner - grilled chicken salad with parm cheese and ken's light dressing

Pm snack - lean turkey, diet coke

l- egg bacon salad (Atkin's New Revolution recipe), diet pepsi, sf jello

d- not sure yet, most likely keilbasi (sp) and asparagus, tea w/ splenda

snack-? if I need one chocolate cream cheese

B- tuna, celery, onion, hb egg mixture with a little mayo
L- chicken breast left over that was baked with mayo on top (very moist!)
d- not sure, may be the mixture again...
80 ounces of water or better!

B: 1 peice of flax bread toasted, w/ .5 teaspoon of Natural PB

S: Green Tea.

L: Small helping of salad from local mexican restaurant w/ a bit of grilled chicken on top, ranch and salsa. Diet Dr Pepper.

S: Actually eating it now, lunch didn't really "do it" for me Snacking on pumpkin seeds...only 10 carbs in my whole "snack bag". Green Tea, maybe another soda later in the day.

D: Polish sausage and kraut? Maybe grilled w/ some peppers, onions, and potatoes (for DH)-not sure...head to the recipe room. Tired of chicken, hamburger, ham, and steak just for today

S: no snack, just some sleepy time tea.

breakfast 1 string cheese
lunch spinach side salad, with a little ranch and walden farsm ranch, with turkey pepporoni... a small 94% lean burger patty, and a few little jimica things I experimented with...a tsp low carb ketchup

snack.... I just dont know yet
supper, thought of making a stuffed meatloaf... (like the stuffing for lasagne...)
I even jogged six miles today.... so I am a happy lady
