Cooking weekend!!

I made buffalo chicken dip, mini lc cheesecakes, worchestire (sp?) walnuts, guacamole, and pico de gallo!!

Good for you! Cooking ahead for the weekend is a great idea - it's always better to be prepared with good, low carb food you can eat rather than waiting until you get hungry to decide what to have. You're much less likely to go to the drive through or the vending machine that way.

Be careful with those cheesecakes, though. A little bit of that goes a long way
