B - 2 eggs and 2 sausage patties , coffee with half n half

L - 2 baked porkchops w/garlic and rosemary, stirfry veggies also w/garlic and rosemary, SF Cranberry/Apple water (like crystal light)

S - 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 slim jim, coffee w/hnh

D - Chicken Salad, with small salad

Hopefully that will be it. If I need another snack it will be SF Jello
