2 fried eggs coffee with splenda and a lil cream l-tuna salad on a bed of lettuce, green tea d-4 oz baked chichen breast,greenbeans cooked in bacon dripping 1 cup of green salad,with homemade ranch dressing,a lil cheese s/f jello green tea ,and 96 ozs of water through out the day |

L - 2 baked porkchops w/garlic and rosemary, stirfry veggies also w/garlic and rosemary, SF Cranberry/Apple water (like crystal light) S - 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 slim jim, coffee w/hnh D - Chicken Salad, with small salad Hopefully that will be it. If I need another snack it will be SF Jello ![]() |

Brunch: 5 thick bacon slices, 1 cup yogurt w/ 4-5 mashed strawberries. Dinner: Baked chicken wings and steamed broccoli w/ butter. |

Dinner - large grilled chicken salad with veggies and my favorite dressing: Ken's Steakhouse Lite Northern Italian with Basil and Romano (I know it's "light" but you gotta try it!!! It does NOT taste like a light dressing. ) |
