b-sasuage without cheese
l-cool whip strawberry and choc and french vanilla......... but it only had 6 carbs total and 75 cals. and i no longer have any suger cravings
dinner-salad and hamburger with no bun

B - 1 Vanilla dannon light 'n fit with 1/2 serving raw almonds and 1/2 packet Sugar-free Swiss Miss hot cocoa mix
Black Coffee
Water and Vitamins

Gym - biceps and triceps, burn 500 cals on the elliptical

Lunch - Rotisserie chicken (no sugar) and a Cherry Vanilla yogurt

Mid-afternoon - small tossed salad with some leftover chicken, Light dressing, and 2 T. grated parm/romano cheese
Water/Diet Coke

Dinner - Roast beef, green beans, maybe a string cheese

PM snack - some more rotisserie chicken... it's so yummy cold

Water Water Water

about 1400 calories today, 22-25 carbs, 550 cals burned at the gym

B: 4 egg omelette w/ green peppers, ham, cheese, and tasbasco on top. SC fruit punch.

S: Green Tea.

L: Not sure, something easy.

S: Diet soda.

D: Steaks on the grill, IF it doesn't start blizzarding yet! Some kind of veggie.

S: Peice of cheesecake I've been drooling about making and eating for 2 days!

Hot flax cereal for breakfast.

I'm cooking ahead today so I have all kinds of lc casseroles and dishes to choose from as well as a huge pan of roasted veggies. Not sure what I'll choose but we'll have lunch and dinner from what I'm making.

Bringing to work: half and half for coffee, yellow peppers and dip, 2 string cheese and leftover spiral ham.

And a sugar-free red bull for when i crash at 4am.......

brunch, shanny cakes

lunch 96% lean ground beef with some kind of veggie out of the freezer

luncher same as lunch

I had two eggs scrambled with onion and a cherry tomato and lc bread
lunch was 1/2 lc tortilla with melted swiss cheese and 1 cherry tomato 2 celery stalks
dinner we wwent out and I had liver(no coating) onions, small salad and cottage cheese
snack: diet orange soda with cr , almond thins
