Happy Friday!
B - yogurt with 1/8 c ( 1/2 serving) raw almonds and 1/2 packet of SF hot cocoa mix, Black coffee Mid-morning - 1 serving deli roast beef, 1 string cheese and 1/2 can green beans with a pat of butter Right after the Gym - Cherry yogurt (dannon light n fit) 1/2 serving almonds Lunch - 4-5 Boneless chicken tenders, grilled with a small salad with 2 T. (Yes, I actually measure this now ) Ken's Steakhouse Light Italian with Basil and Romano and about a Tablespoon of grated Romano on topDinner - 4-5 Grilled chicken tenders and the other 1/2 can of green beans from earlier with a pat of butter, salt, and pepper. B: 4 sausage links. About 2 drinks of coffee w/ vanilla creamer (didn't realize till after I started drinking it that it was full of coffee grounds. Co-worker neglected to warn me about it!...lol).
S: Green Tea. 1 HB egg. L: Waiting for DH to decide. Either McDonalds(quarter pounder-no bun,no ketchup, and a side salad), or Popeyes (naked chicken strips, green beans). Water. Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi when I get back to office. S: 3 peices of pepperjack cheese, 1 slice of turkey bologna (if needed). Green Tea. D: I'm thinking LC pizza or hamburgers on the grill. S: Making "A Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake" from recipe room w/ LC peanut butter cookie crust tonight for our anniversary tomorrow. I'm sure I'll sneak a few tastes ![]() |

S- right now, and it's an atkins vanilla caramel shake L salad (spinach, mushroom, tomatoes, cukes) topped with my own chicken salad and fried onion pieces. D dont have a clue. Maybe I should peruse the recipie room! |

Breakfast-Chocolate stallone pudding, 8 oz decaf coffee, half and half
L-Burger King Tendergrilled chicken salad-It was REALLY GOOD!!!! The first salad I've had from a fast food place that used FRESH veggies..and ROMAINE LETTUCE!!!!! The dressing is awesome too-they give you Ken's, which is way lower carb than McDonalds. D-Tuna mixed with mayo, chopped apple, black olives, sprinkle of cheese, 1/2 cup cottage cheese. Dessert will be the rest of the apple if I get hungry later. Stuffed now! |

I ate ALLLL day again. Although it seems to be working as I am down 3 lbs for the week.
